“Advances in Coral Husbandry in Public Aquariums, Volume 2 in the Public Aquarium Husbandry Series” Edited by Rob Leewis and Max Janse is an excellent collection of scientific (and other) papers concerning captive care of corals. Some of the material presented is likely familiar to the more advanced aquarists but there are a lot of interesting data, methods and experiences presented. It is also interesting to note how well public aquariums are aware of current trends in reefkeeping hobby.

The book is nicely printed on a quality paper and although color printing would have increased the value even more, at a price of 64 € (including shipping in EU) this 444 pages book is certainly more valuable to the hobbyist than most of the “ordinary” aquarium books.
